Damien J. Snow

Damien J. Snow is a third generation San Diego native. He graduated from California Western School of Law in December of 2003. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in June of 2004. He has also been admitted to practice in the Southern District of California. Mr. Snow is a 2001 graduate of San Diego State University, having earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor emphasis in English. 

Mr. Snow has spent the last 17 years devoted to practicing in the areas of basic and advanced estate planning, probate administration, probate and trust litigation, trust administration, and beneficiary representation. He also has experience in business entity formation having formed numerous corporations, S-corporations, and LLCs for small business clients.  

Since 2003 Mr. Snow has volunteered his time and services at Elder Law & Advocacy (EL&A), a local non-profit organization providing legal services for senior citizens and their caretakers. Over the years he has provided pro bono services to their clients by drafting numerous basic wills, healthcare directives, and powers of attorney. He has served on the Board of Directors at EL&A since 2006 and has been the vice president of the board since 2010.  

As the son of a retired San Diego Sheriff's Lieutenant, Mr. Snow provides high quality estate planning services at a discount for first responders, including current and former police officers, sheriff's deputies, fire personnel and other emergency responders.

Mr. Snow has also devoted a large part of his practice to union members. He is currently the referral source of choice for numerous local unions including teachers, food handlers, pharmacists, tradespersons and other union members. Mr. Snow provides a 10% discount for all union referred clientele.  

Mr. Snow grew up in the San Diego neighborhood of Del Cerro and has lived in San Diego his entire life. He has been happily married for over twenty years and is the proud father of two sons. Mr. Snow has coached youth recreational soccer and is active in the leadership of a local Cub Scout Pack and Boy Scout Troop. Mr. Snow enjoys skiing with his family, painting, skateboarding, camping and fishing with his sons, and traveling the world with his family.
